Stile Education wanted a workplace that genuinely puts their people first. Not a showpiece, a space their team would actually love coming into every day.

Across 600sqm in the Melbourne CBD, the focus was on variety. Plenty of meeting rooms for a business built on collaboration, lounge and breakout spaces for everything in between, and quiet focus areas for when people need to get their heads down. Feature ceilings and acoustic elements throughout make the space feel considered without drawing attention to themselves.

The city views were too good to ignore. They shaped the whole layout, which rooms sit where, how natural light moves through the space, what you see when you walk in the door.

It’s warm and inviting, but it’s got a personality to it. Very much Stile.
