Having experienced a period of intense company growth, Smarter Communities were in need of a workspace able to support their new workforce as they continued to grow into the future.

Set in a heritage refurbished warehouse with 6-meter-high ceilings the construction of this office was far from ordinary. We engaged a variety of consultants, engineers and designers to develop a design that would functionally elevate the space.

Our goal for this office fitout was to ensure staff members and clients feel comfortable and energized from the moment they step into the building. The vision we had for Smarter Communities was industrial yet sophisticated. The new office is a real statement of intent for the company’s future.
