Kolmeo build software, and like a lot of software companies, they needed an office that did two jobs at once. It had to look like them. More than that, it had to work for the people in it every day.

That second part drove most of the decisions. The meeting rooms are built for how teams actually meet now, with AV that holds up whether you’re in the room or dialling in from the other side of the world. The breakout doubles as a town hall, so the whole team can gather in one place and connect with colleagues overseas without it feeling like an add-on.

Around that, the space stays light and easy to be in. Polished concrete softened with carpet underfoot, curved walls that take the edges off an open floor, restrained colour used where it counts rather than everywhere at once.
