When you’ve just been named Media Agency of the Year, the old office stops fitting pretty quickly.

Match and Wood were moving. New floor in Cremorne, clean slate, a chance to build something that matched where the business had got to.

The entry sets the tone before you’ve taken ten steps in. A curved sofa, warm layered lighting, a bookshelf that looks like it belongs to someone. Residential before it feels like a workplace. For a team expected to show up and do their best work, that’s not a small thing.

From there it opens into something with more edge. Exposed ceiling, black steel framing around named meeting rooms, greenery threaded through the industrial bones. A dark, purposeful kitchen. A high communal table under conical pendants catching the afternoon light.

It’s a space that knows what kind of company works in it. That’s not accidental.
